Wyze Cam Plus not working

I have been in contact with support, submitted a log file, and the best they can come up with that it’s a software issue, not a hardware issue, and their only advise was to roll back the firmware…

Try to get a conversation with support by going by email , they always put in a group effort to solve any issues .

Yeah that’s what I had done. The other advice given was my device was no longer under warranty :man_shrugging:
