I got my wyze band today. Plugged it in as directed and on my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone I saw the wyze band pop-up momentarily on Bluetooth. But then it went away and I have not been able to connect to the wyze band on Bluetooth ever since. I have rebooted the wyze band, I have turn the wyze band completely off and back on, I have turned my Galaxy 7 off and back on. And I tried to connect to the wyze band after each step with no success. The wyze band is completely charged, my phone is completely charged, I’m out of ideas.

your phone will not be connected to the band, it uses BLE. Have you tried to add the band to your Wyze app?
You have to connect it through the Wyze app. Not through the BT settings in tha phone.
