Shared Camera event videos intermittent or not working at all

Our shared camera event videos are not showing up, or only a few per day. Cam Plus is active on the account, and everything is turned on to record events.

At first it only happened during certain times of the day, and sometimes the event recordings would show up the day after, but as of today only “Nothing to see here” is showing where the Event recordings should be.

Anyone else having this problem with Shared Cameras?
