I plug v3 into usb. I get solid red light. I then get red/blue light. I then get solid blue light for about one second and then nothing, no lights and no connection. Distance from cam to modem is 30". Any suggestions?
So this camera is setup? Or you haven’t gotten that far yet? First thought is that the status light is disabled in settings.
This camera was received by me in Dec., 2020 has been operational since January. This failure happened yesterday.
Is the camera not functioning at all or just the status light?
If the camera is not functioning after it has been power-cycled, try a factory reset.
And/or a firmware flash may also be in the cards.
Before you reset or flash your v3, if you have an SD card installed, try removing it and power-cycle the camera (pull the plug, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in).
