Is it possible to only have sensor notifications while only recording locally with the camera? I would like my camera to only record locally so no video is sent the cloud but also receive notifications for the door and motion sensors.
Yes, that’s possible. In the camera settings Event Recording toggle OFF the Detects Motion and Detects Sound switches. In Advanced Settings > Local Storage, enable local recording to the SD card.
In the sensor settings, Notifications, turn ON Allow Push Notifications. In the sensor settings, Sensor Videos, make sure there not any check marks for any camera.
