i waited 3 months for this system, what a scam.The outdoor cams wont stay connected to a very strong wifi signal. The cams are USELESS.
Wait until you try to get customer service,
I wonder if the CANNED “DUE TO EXTREAM WEATHER and COVID” email is still going out?

Are you sure your 2.4 GHz is a steady signal . My cams have been up for 8 months and lost connection one time. My base is connected via ethernet.

The cameras connect to the base only, not your WiFi network. Check the signal on your camera(s) to base connection. I would suggest hard-wiring the base for best performance.
