Hi, I have been trying to update the firmware on my outdoor cameras for three days. Each time the update fails. Also I am not getting notifications from the cameras and no events are being saved. Any ideas on what is going on?
I was having a similar issue. I ended up plugging in my base to ethernet (was previously on wifi). I also restarted the base. After doing those two things, I was able to update my cam, and my base. Not sure it’s the same issue you’re having, but might be worth a test or two.
Thank you! I had previously restarted the cameras bud didn’t think of the base station. I restarted the base station then the cameras were able to update and are now recording events!
