Hi all, Wondering if this ever got resolved as I too had person detection on my WCO up until last Tuesday, June 7th. Now poof - it’s gone! I only have the one WCO that was purchased back in August 2020 and the person detection worked great. For clarification, I’m talking about the person detection pilot program that I signed up for and pay a nominal monthly fee for - not Cam Plus. Reading thru multiple forums I see that it was never promised for the WCO, but curious as to why I had it and now it’s suddenly gone. Does anyone else still have it on their WCOs thru just the pilot program? If so, any tricks to getting it to work. Thanks!
