Firmware won't upgrade

All my cameras get about 20% then stop when trying to upgrade to the latest release (4.9.2.42), tried upgrading several times, latest IOS app and v2 Cams running 4.9.2.18

You might want to try a factory and then upgrade (search Support link above for “factory reset”).

If that doesn’t work, you might try flashing the firmware (search the forum for flash firmware).

My went thru but can’t connect it back anymore nor I can setup it again. anyone know to fix it

solid orange led in the back now, tried factory reset many times still no go. NO setup wizard anymore

Finally got camera backup running now after many tried, downloaded demo.bin onto 64 GB don’t work; somehow it work a 4 GB card. Camera only recognized up 32 GB card only.
