That’s the question.
From what I’ve seen from advice on other posts the best way is to open a support ticket. There is currently no mechanism to change your email address online.

Welcome to the community, @Lizzard323! There is a wishlist for the Change Email Topic. It is not possible to change your email at this time as @Plaidsky mentioned in the post above. However, you can go to the top left of the #wishlist thread and vote for this option here.
