If you have an Early Access product and are not about to access the #early-access section, you need to request membership in the Early Backers group. You can make that request here:
Hey Wyze! I got my Wyze Scale a few days ago but online it still says processing. Not sure if that’s an issue…
They have had some issues with the tracking information being updated and they are addressing it. It should get update in time, until then glad to hear you received it.
