I didn’t purchase through the app store and Wyze still refused to refund a subscription less than 24 hrs later that was to be used with a new doorbell camera I had to return as it would not work as advertised.

FWIW, Wyze subscription management sucks all around. I’ve bought various service upgrades and “unlimited cameras.” Sometimes these subscriptions show up for a week and then disappear. Who has the time to keep contacting support to fix this stuff?
