Provide the ability to restart both the Wyze Cam Outdoor Cam and Base Station via the app

That works most of the time which is why my base is on a smart plug. I have 4 version one WCO. If I restart the base usually 2 of the 4 will come back in seconds, the other 2 take a few or more minutes and sometimes longer. If I get tired of waiting I just flip the switch on the cam itself and it gets back to normal. Happens about twice a year.

I have the same problem, I can’t reset it unless it is in place. Otherwise I will look for another alternative and return this base and the cameras to the store.
