I guess I’m late to the party, but I too have seen it constantly. I thought it was because I somewhat recently dropped from the beta, as a support person told me I had to, in order to solve another issue I was seeing when shopping in the app.

It was a bug before, but now it’s legit.
Same here I just update the app and one of my camera can no longer monitor a motion event. It only captures a snapshot. So frustrating ! Please fix! Thank you!

Welcome to the forums! What camera version? do you have cam plus or cam plus lite associated with said camera?
Does this video help get back video cloud events?
