Why the spam?

To the best of my knowledge I have never opted in (and wherever possible have opted out) of receiving marketing emails. So why is somebody called Alex sending me spam emails offering me discounted annual subscription? Notably with no option to unsubscribe. If I want a yearly subscription I’ll apply for one. If you send me any more spam I’ll cancel all my subscriptions. Please tell Alex to go away and leave me alone!

I would suggest forwarding the email to security@wyze.com and asking them to authenticate the origin.
