Make sure you are using the power adapter and wire that came with your camera.

Try to reboot again, if that does not work

Flashing your WyzeCam v2 firmware

Here is the instruction: (different from v1 firmware) Download a specific version of firmware, unzip it, put it on root directory of your SD card and rename it to ‘demo.bin’ (Starting from 4.9.2.18, you don’t need the ‘rename’ step.
