Wyzecam V2 Firmware update failed

I have a wyzecam v2 firmware version 4.9.6.241. I have restarted it and am trying to update to version 4.9.7.798 and it fails every time. Any suggestions?

Have you tried doing it manually?

I had the same problem with 1 of 7 of my V2’s

Tried power cycling before update, still failed.

Formatted SD card which was full and then the update worked.
