Just got my wyzeband a few days ago. Everything is working great except I can’t find/set up a shortcut for our Amazon smartplug. We have an Echo show and the smartplug running a lamp. I can turn the lamp on/off from the band thru Alexa by voice but it doesn’t show up under shortcuts. I also have 5 Wyze cams which do show under the shortcuts for able to add. The band is connected to the amazon account with the echo show/smartplug. Am I missing something on how to set up a shortcut for the smartplug or does it have to be a Wyze smartplug for this? I would like to have the shortcut set up as another option rather than by voice control. Thanks.
I believe the shortcuts are for the wyze brand of smart devices only.
