Anyone out there have it to where your screen is unresponsive? Can’t get into settings from the face or reboot or shut off watch
Yes, mine is doing the same thing. I have only had it a couple days. I do not see how to contact Wyze directly. Other than I created a ticket and got an email that I should contact them with my ticket number. Still can’t find a phone number or email for them.
I sent in a ticket yesterday and the replied for me to reset the watch but can’t do that because I can’t use the buttons on the watch face
They just told me to do the same. I had to explain I can’t because the screen doesn’t work.
