Wyze Vacuum not saying “WiFi connection has been reset.” after holding Home & Power for 3 seconds.

I just received my Wyze Robot vacuum, I’m following the instructions.

Press and Hold Power & Home and I’m not hearing the: “WiFi connection has been reset.”

My vac lost it connection to the wifi during the night and turned off completely. The next morningI held the two buttons down for a few seconds and it turned on and reestablished its connection to my wifi.

My Vac is docked at the Charging Station with both lights on solid, but the app on my phone says displays “The robot is disconnected from the internet”. I tried powering the robot off and then on but still get the error message on the app. How can I get it to reestablish the wifi connection?

There is a new app to address some Vacuum troubles:

  • Android 2.16.55 (January 16, 2021) and
  • iOS 2.16.46 (January 16, 2021)

And a new Vacuum F/W update 1.6.75 (December 17, 2020)
