I have a fairly basic heating system with the requisite C wire, but upon trying to install this, it says it’s not compatible. Wires on the current honeywell are: C, G, W, R/Rc (bridged).
I’m not sure what’s missing here and it’s not a specialty system. Any help would be appreciated.
When you perform the tutorial can you select RH instead of R? Then follow the directions. If you tell the tutorial RH it will make you switch your RH to RC.
