Wyze Support no longer a thing?

I sent an email to support@wyze.com (direct link from an email they sent me) and got back an email saying it was an unmonitored address and I should use the Support function on the website. All the “Support” button on the website does it bring up a popup about “We’re rolling CMC into Cam Plus!
Wondering about how your CMC refund relates to Cam Plus?” with literally no other options than “Learn More”. I don’t care about that and do care that there appears to be no way to get support from Wyze. Any help in reaching them would be great!

I contacted them last thursday and today (monday 4pm) i still have not heard back. liars.
check out Blink cameras, not much more expensive and all arround better experiance. that is who i am switching to.

That’s the direct link to the support system. I went there and I got the same message you did. I exited that message and was right into the ticketing system.

If you follow the link I provided above and select the first link for V1/V2 support you can select CMC or CamPlus and enter a ticket…

I have never used Wzye support.
