Wyze Smart Lock - inverted mounting due to door lock handle

Has anyone tried to install Wyze Smart Lock " Inverted" or upside down?

As my door has a Door handle which Im not able to remove above the locking knob which is obstructing the standard installation, the only option I have is to consider installing the Wyze Smart Lock “inverted / upside down” but Im not sure if this will affect the Lock and Unlock function.

With inverted mounting the Wyze Smart Lock may not work properly or get the functions reversed ie Lock becomes unlock and Vice versa.

Does anyone know or have tried inverted mounting?

I know someone either on here or Facebook (don’t remember which place I saw it), I do know it can be done, I will see if I can find it, if I do I will post a link here.
