Wyze Sense - Won't Connect to Bridge

Bought 2 v2s and the sense starter kit in Sept. For the life of me I can’t get any of the sensors to connect to the bridge. I’ve tried both Cams and none of the sensors will connect. The sensors flash red 3 times like the instructions say they will and the bridge is flashing blue. I’m using the included USB cable and Power plug directly to the wall outlet. Everything is running the latest firmware. Did I get a defective kit or am I just that unlucky?

Help me ob-Wyze community, you are my only hope.

To troubleshoot the bridge check these steps.

If all else fails, fill out a support ticket.
