Just had all four of the spare contacts I purchased in June fail out of box.
I had purchased a set of contacts and four motions as back ups/ future deploys.
Had an installed contact fail to initialize after replacing the battery, so I went to my reserves. All four failed to install (5 flashes).
Here I thought four backups were going to have me covered for the foreseeable…

Detail what you have already tried up front to save time. If they can’t help and you are still under warranty they should replace it.
I have recently had good luck using the phone contact method. Response time was fast and people were sharp.
