I can not get my scale to connect to Bluetooth. My phones Bluetooth reads the scale, when I go to the wyze app, select add product, wyze scale, it just stays on the “please step on scale to connect” screen. It will not move on. Anyone have suggestions? I sent a ticket last week when I received my scale and I am getting no where… thanks. I use an android phone Samsung Galaxy S8+. My wyze app is up to date.

Was there a resolution?
They did a warranty and sent me another, that was is defective as well. The second one is 11LBS off. I just gave up and kept it, it makes a nice paper weight.
