You guys have no easy way to reach support on this product.
When the unit gets down to 8% charge, the App warns that the unit must be returned to the base.
The assumption is that this is a manual process. If you return manually, the unit assumes that it’s through cleaning. This really makes things a pain.
I had to go through the Support Section to find out that the unit is to be returned to charge via the App.
Only, there is no option in the App that allows you to tell the unit to return for charging!!
So now, I’ve got to clear the map and start all over again. Plus there is still no way to tell the unit to return for charge via the App.
At the moment a great idea, but the Robot is currently unable to finish a cleaning job that requires another charge. Log ID 82076
