Robot vacuum cleaner, two months old. Operationally, no problems; it works as it should. Vacuum and app, both up to date. The issue is that the vacuum, when on the charger, periodically says “Low Battery, Low Battery.” Or, “Please Charge Battery.” When checking the status of the battery (using the app) I see the vacuum shows 100% charged. And it is 100% charged because it will clean our largest room and not run out of battery life.
I have rebooted the vacuum. Shut down the app. Tried everything I can think of to solve this issue, yet the vacuum still seems to think it has a low battery, and repeatedly tells me so. Has anyone else experienced (and solved) this problem? Would appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Thanks.
