I have a Wyze plug that is stuck on at another home out of state. Also have a Wyze cam running with no problem. My app says the plug is off line but it is working and running a radio 
. How can I access the plug to turn it off??
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to access the plug if it is offline. You should review this post:

It really annoyed me when I had to deal with that. The radio is on but it is not connected to the Wi-Fi. It’s a major no-no for a wireless device not to reconnect at least.
The other thing is that the schedule, that is supposed to work when disconnected, doesn’t work either. The plug stays in its last state.
