My camera will not connect after firmware update. Shows "Please try to power cycle the camera (error code:-20009).
I have power cycled, factory reset, deleted and reinstalled.
When I reinstall, the installation completes, lets me name. When I attempt to access, I get the same error.
The rest of my cameras, the ones I didn’t update, work fine.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Exact same 20009 error here after I updated. Odd thing is it is still recording events to the free storage.
When I updated my app, my issues were resolved
