I have 2 wyze cam pan in my home and both of them are expirencing horrible distortion whenever I try to speak through them from my phone or my wife’s phone. They are both updated and functuon fine besides. I cant find any help online either.

When your talking through the camera, make sure that your not too close or else you’ll cause feedback and echoing. Check o make sure that your phone’s mic I working properly.
You may also want to try power cycling the cameras.
If all of the above doesn’t work, try a factory reset.
I have the same problem on pan cams. Brand new, all updates done. not near the speaker. I don’t see answers anywhere here. Support is continually busy and can’t get thru. Worthless speakers.
