I have both a Wyze Cam v2 and later got a Wyze Pan. I’m having constant problems with the Pan settings just changing. I’ll notice it not detecting people and go to check the settings and the settings are all changed, Pan Scan is turned off, Detection Zone is turned back on. I have way points set.
Try clicking on what you want to change, and then wait a moment before switching to a different menu. I don’t know if it was fixed with app updates (I haven’t heard people with this problem recently) but previously I could click a setting to change it, then exit out of the menu quick before the change has a chance to save. Just throwing out ideas for ya.
