recently purchased wyze outdoor starter bundle. worked fine but haven’t used the speak feature in a while. it seemed to work fine when we first set it up and tried it. today I got into the app and pushed the speak feature, with the sound off, and there is horrible feedback and what seems like tiny bits of conversation. my wife and daughter both tried the app on there phone and the same thing happened. had the wife push the speak button and went outside and the same noise is coming out of the camera. disconnected base from router and shut camera off for a bit. turned it all back on and it’s still doing it. and it’s just when you use the speak button. the sound is not off on all of our apps.
