Wyze orders not being fulfilled

I’ve placed 6 Wyze order over the past month and have had only 1 item shipped and delivered.

Has anyone else been dealing with terrible customer service from Wyze lately?

I’m severely disappointed with their poor response.

I’ve been emailing with “Mark from Wyze” for the past two weeks and he just told me my order shipped - to a completely wrong address in Alaska…

Very frustrated.

Oh, I’m sorry. That does sound frustrating. Were you emailing through our customer support center or somewhere else? If through our support team, could you please give me your support ticket number so I can look into this?
