I purchased two separate 1 year subscriptions for monitored security. They are on two different addresses which are very close in proximity. When I set up the second system, it merges/cancels the first account into one. I DO NOT WANT THIS to happen. I want them monitored/responded to as separate addresses. Is this an oversight in programming? I can’t imagine that I am the only person out there who has two separate addresses they are wanting monitored. I DON’T want to set up a different email/account. I want ALL notifications to come through my one, single account.
The answer is, not with the current version. You are limited to one address and one hub per Wyze account. Search the forum since this is an issue for many. There is, I believe, a Wish List item for this.
