This morning my Wyze lock stops working! And by “stop working” I mean by this:
• Cannot lock/unlock using the app
• Auto-unlock did not work (never did work perfectly anyways. Only 50% of the time at best!) - Did try cycle power the phone/bluetooth as Wyze’s support page recommends.
• Cannot calibrate the lock
Now I tried to delete this lock and hope to set it up again might work: cannot delete the lock from the app either. All I saw was either “Operation Failed” or “Unknown error”
Frustrating! Anyone experienced this similar problem? Please help.
