Hi everyone, since yesterday I am not able to get Alexa to lock/unlock my Wyze Lock. I have tried disabling/re-enabling the skill on the Alexa app. The app reads the status of the lock (lock or unlock) however when I ask her a command, she states that the “lock is not responding.” On the Alexa app, I get an error message saying that “the lock’s server is unresponsive.” Any one else experiencing anything like it? I’d appreciate your help. Thanks!
