I have mostly disabled the smart lock unlock because it isn’t reliable enough for me. I hate pulling out my phone to unlock when I go outside for a few minutes.
FEATURE REQUEST: One feature that could really solve my problem is making it semi automatic…
So when I open the door and say I am leaving I turn the inside latch to lock and then unlock. When I pull the door closed it will auto lock. This is something that could be turned on in settings. That way I don’t need to get out my key to lock it when I leave and I don’t need to rely on auto unlock which only works some of the time for me. Then when I go outside but don’t leave my house I can just leave the door unlocked.
