I got the home monitoring kit and we love using in our house. We did run into one problem, the keypad after 24 hours of working will all of a sudden will loose connection and is unresponsive. I did do some troubleshooting as I made sure it had new batteries and our Wyze hub is up to date. When I take the batteries out and replace them (not with new batteries) it turns back on and works for about 24 hours again before becoming unresponsive. Anyone else running into this same problem?
