Fyi-

I hate permanently attaching things to painted walls.

My tip / trick is to use clear (durable) cellophane packing tape.

Clean surface (mine is semi-gloss) apply proper amt of tape and adhere wyze products to it (indoor HMS Keypads, motion sensors, door sensors, etc.)

If you make a small fold at the leading edge of the tape.
It will make for an easy removal, when that time comes.

I usually buy refill packs of command hook adhesive and trim to fit with a tab sticking out at the top or bottom for easy removal. The command velcro adhesive works very well too.
