Well… Wyze finally fixed the ios crash issue. Thanks. Now, my Wyze headphones (which used to work just fine on my ipad) are gone from the app. I tried adding them back as a “new device”, but it keeps telling me to “allow location”, which I did. All I get is a message that says “can’t connect - move headphones closer to phone”. The headphones work with my Android phone - not ios. I am so frustrated with Wyze products that used to work but don’t anymore.
Check if the device is showing in Bluetooth and if it is, forget the device and Then rediscover it. This has happened to me on several occasions. YMMV.
