I power on the Wyze Headphones, then press and hold the power button again to put it into pairing mode. I even hear it say “Pairing”, but it’s not actually in Pairing Mode as the LED light on the headphones are not flashing red and blue, nor is it showing up as available on either my Android phone, or my Chromebook Duet. Any ideas?

You should try power-cycling the headphones by Single pressing the Power button on the right ear cup and waiting for the headphones to turn off, then pressing it again to turn on. You can then try the pairing process again. If the issue continues, contact customer support.
