Hello there. So I finally installed my doorbell after having it for a few months. And it was working fine for about a week and then my son said it wasn’t going off so I thought maybe it had died. I want to plug it in and check the app and all that I attempted to do a firmware update and it cut on for a split second when I had it plugged in but that was it. The update failed and I am still unable to get it to turn on. I’ve left it to charge for days now, used different cords, outlets everything. Can someone please help. Support told me to update it which it will not do since I can’t turn it on even. The chime is flashing red. I’m on ios
Try factory resetting the chime.
