My Wyze Doorbell keeps going offline.
Have had to do a hard reset twice. Nothing else on my network is having connection issues and the signal strength is fine.
Anyone else having this issue?
Customer support has been a joke!

Welcome to the forums! How is the camera powered? Have you tested the output at the wires? Have you tested anything at the exact spot where the doorbell is? Just because things around the house work, doesn’t mean that the location where the doorbell is will to. It’ll give you an idea as to the signal strength, but won’t be the same because it has different hardware and software than the doorbell has. You also have to take into account the makeup or construction of the wall that is behind the doorbell, it may deflect or interfere with the signal.
