Is there any system in place to combat bots? it doesnt seem legit being it sold out within 1 second just like other recent and past electronics and scalpers need to be removed from any online shopping. Has any effort towards making sure actual customers get the limited product? If not then i suppose loyalty continuing to be given will sadly end. other products have already lost customers for this very reason as well and isnt that fair to those of us who legitimately shop vs using a program thats 100 times faster than any human on earth. Also is it limited to 1 per customer?

It’s truly unbelievable… I’ve been trying on the second but nothing. Even when I get it in my cart the system freezes and says wyze is down.
It says that there was some in stock but then when I try to add it in my cart, it goes back to the same screen with nothing in my cart. This is frustrating.
Yes, extremely frustrating. I have it down to the second, let’s me select the car, add a cam but freezes when trying to put in my cart. Shows cars still available for sale too.
They need to shut this down and fix the issues.
This is getting stupid. I finally get it in my cart. I go to my cart and it tells me I have nothing in my cart. They are toying with us. I am very unsatisfied. It’s not like we are getting it for free or that we are getting it with 50% of or something.

This is what I saw a few seconds after I added the car . It never loaded the checkout page. They were able to sell 500 of these cars in less than 15 seconds???

SUGGESTION…just take pre-orders for these things like most other new Wyze products. Obviously…those of us who have previously bought a log of Wyze products are willing to wait for that slow boat from China !!!
WYZE GUYS !!! Speak up about this big mistake you’ve made on the truck hourly marketing strategy. I know every single one of us would like to read your apology statement.
Absolutely amazing to me how a company like Wyze can turn off such a large number of loyal customers in such a short period of time like this. Have literally been trying the top of every hour since 8AM PT (it’s now 5PM PT) and the same horror stories as everyone else. 2 times I managed to get it into my cart, started to check out and then in the middle of checkout it came back and said there was no inventory after being in my cart!! I’ve pre-ordered many items from Wyze over the last few months but this is beyond frustrating and leaving me with a VERY unhappy experience with the company (unless that was the point for April Fools Day in which case I’m even more pissed off!!)
I’m not surprised that 500 people were trying to order the car, but I’m completely bewildered as to how they could have possibly completed checkout at all… much less in 15 seconds.
Well, I tried to buy just one Wyze Car today. Had one in my cart ten times today, but could never get it to checkout and confirm the sale. Too many faster bots beat me to the punch since I’m just a human being who has supported Wyze from the start. Oh well, all the best to those who could manipulate the checkout better than me. Now selling them on eBay for a hefty profit. This will leave a bad taste in some Wyze supporters.
Yes, after reading others comments I see others had issues. I waited after getting the busy screen, and it would go to the checkout, Took some time to negotiate the checkout and it would never confirm a sale. After all, I am only a human trying to once again support Wyze with their new products, and just not fast enough to beat the bots.

Very frustrating day. I tried every single hour, starting at 8am. I was actually able to get a car in my shopping cart 4 times, only to be told a few seconds or minutes later that you were out of stock again. Seriously!? If the item is in my shopping cart and I’m waiting for YOU to let me pay, shouldn’t that item be removed from stock? It’s in my shopping cart! Shame on you for the way you handled this. You could have had limits and stop measures in place. Poorly handled, for a tech company. my .02
