Ever since I signed up with CamPlus my cameras keep going off line. Error 90 appears telling me to check my WiFi connection. Nothing has changed other than signing up for CamPlus. Anyone else having this problem?

Please make sure that your cameras are on the latest firmware by going to the camera livestream, then settings, the device info, then firmware version. You can then update the firmware (if needed). Also, make sure that your Wyze app is updated by going to the App Store and searching “Wyze” you’ll see the app with the “update” button if it has not automatically updated.
When you connect to the cameras, are you using mobile data or WiFi?
