I have a pickup truck. A camper shell would block my view. I’m wondering if 2 Wyze cameras mounted near the rear window of the shell would help.
As a backup / rear view camera? I’d strongly advise against that. It’s not designed for it, it’s not reliable enough, it is Internet dependent, and there is palpable lag.
I thought the new outside cameras went directly to iphone. Thanks for correction.
Oh didn’t know you meant the outdoor model. In “travel mode” it might do what you want (?) but I wouldn’t trust it for something life and death like this.
I would agree that a hard wired camera would be far better. Anything with lag would be a safety problem.
