Has anyone else had bother connecting to the virgin hub ???

Is this an Outdoor Camera Base? A few have had problems w/connecton but isn’t brand related. Here is a list of ports required. Sometimes temporarily taking down your firewall will kick sart the process.

Some things to try: Improperly entered network name or password. The network name and password must be for your 2.4 GHz band. Password is case-sensitive, and you can see what you entered by pressing the closed eye and the end of the line. Your password can’t be entered with a space at the beginning and/or the end. I believe he’s still trying to get his v2 cam connected to Virgin Media internet service in the UK.

The WiFi channels (with few exception) are the same. More likely Wyze does not pay for Amazon Services outside the contiguous United States.
