Wyze cam V3. IR lights not turning off

I received my Wyze Cam V3 and immediately noticed IR leds are always on. These appear to be the “Near” 940nm lights. The “Far” 850nm are not stuck on. These lights glare on the window.
I have gone into settings, advanced settings, Selected Night vision IR lights and turned them off. Also tried turning off Night Vision mode, even in daylight the IR leds (only the “Near” set) stay on.
Firmware version is
Android App is V2.16.55
I’ve tried Factory reset the camera and reinstalled to the app.
Multiple power cycle. App cache cleared.
toggled on the IR light selections as well as Night Vision mode.
The IR Leds (Near mode set) still are illuminated constantly.
Any new suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums! Sounds like something not right is going on, I’d give Support a call and report the issue. There are online ways to contact them, but I’d suggest calling as I have had good and speedy help the times I’ve called in.
