I tried downloading the latest firmware .zip file to manually update my v3 cam. I’m getting an error message that the .zip file is "empty, although it 9.6MB file size is reported.
Why are you using a .zip file ? can’t you just update the cam from the app like usual?
Open the cam on the app. Tap the gear on the top right, go to device info.> firmware version 4. what ever> and change the firmware.
I have 6 v3 cams. 5 of them update no prob through the app. the 6th cam hangs during the update.
